Doula Training Is Full. Please stay tuned for future trainings.

Please fill out the following form to apply for paid doula training.

About: The PI Health Board of WA is partnering with Birth Worker, Faisa Farole, ED of Global Perinatal Services to offer the community an incredible opportunity to be trained as a Doula. Upon completion of training, you will be required to attend 3 births in order to complete the certification process. Following the process, you will be certified as a doula and able to work with private Birth Worker practitioners.

Purpose: To encourage Pacific Islander and BIPOC community members' involvement in programs which our communities rely on and greatly benefit from. This program will serve to provide certification for the work that our members have been doing for generations within our own villages. Our hope is to provide practical skills in order to expand knowledge, and provide access to job opportunities.
