About

At the Pacific Islander Health Board of WA, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings when our board members came together volunteering their time, we’ve been driven by the same ideas that we initially founded our Organization upon:

Support, Empowerment, and Progress.

Learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see.

Mission

The Pacific Islander Health Board seeks to cultivate resiliency within our communities to achieve health equity through culturally safe and community-driven solutions, traditions, advocacy, and policies.

Values

We value that health is spiritual, physical, and emotional. We value our traditional healing practices and hold advocacy, community, equity, social justice, and liberation as a means to guide our board.

Vision

We envision a world where all Pacific Islanders are healthy, connected, and thriving.
