Service Description
Whether you're a first time parent or on your third pregnancy, our childbirth education classes offered by the Baby and You program is a six-week class that holds promise in addressing the needs of Pacific Islander families during the prenatal and postnatal periods. We will help you navigate the health care system, teach you to advocate for the care you deserve, while learning tips to help you have a healthy pregnancy, all while in a supportive group setting.
